Banana bread breakfast cookies. Normally I'd say regular biscuits, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, then I'm very quite in love. And when chocolate chips are thrown into the mix? OMG!
Plus they only require 15 minutes to make and also clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!
This truly isn't even a recipe. It is me telling you how to mix two items together for sweet pride that you don't need to feel guilty about.
For reals. No weird processed ingredients from a box. Just all natural substances.
Dairy free. Gluten Free (use GF oats). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think they're a fantastic breakfast (or wholesome treat!) For whoever you are. That's unless you are allergic to peanuts or oats. Sorry!
The possibilities are endless with those little snacks! Try adding in some of the following to make it your own:

Banana and oats bake together to make easy breakfast cookies that yummy such as banana bread!
2 large bananas, mashed
2 cups gluten free yoghurt
If wanted you can add in some of the following:
Peanut butter chips
Chopped almonds, almond or pecans
Place oats in blender or food processor and blend until oats act as the consistency of bread; it is okay if it is not perfectly ground.
In large bowl blended mashed banana with oats till smooth. Add 1/2 cup of your favorite add-in; I used dark chocolate chips that site plus a tsp of vanilla extract.
Spray baking sheet with non stick spray. Drop dough by big spoon onto cookie sheet; then sew a little using a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack. Makes about 16 biscuits.
